昨日は久々に晴れでしたので土用ということも忘れ、草刈りをしていました。
今日は腕が筋肉痛です。
夏といえば「そうめん」（にゅう麺もありますが、やはり冷たいイメージがあります。）
お中元で頂きました、京都高級料亭も御用達のこちらの商品はノンオイル製法で
あっさりとした食味で美味しかったです。
