Today is the last day of my internship. I asked Mr. Sato who participated for a blog article, so I will introduce it.

鳥取大学から来ました佐藤聡です。
現在は梨を対象としたIoT農業の研究をしています。
7月２７日（月）〜３１日（金）の間、株式会社笑農和でインターンシップに参加しました。
去年にあった研究室での忘年会で、社員の岡田さんに出会ったことがきっかけです。
IoT農業の現場が、研究室と企業でどう違うのかを知りたいと思っていたこともあり、株式会社笑農和のインターンシップの参加を決めました。
一番気になっていたのは、農家さんとの関わり方です。
IoT農業では、技術が先行して、あまり農家さんにマッチしていないものがあると思っていました。
ですが、株式会社笑農和では、農家さんを笑顔にするためにIoTやAI技術が使われており、そのための行動や改善が一貫して行われていました。
それらの積み重ねが、農家さんとの良い関係や期待に繋がっているだと感じました。
インターンを通して、利用者にマッチした技術は、笑顔に繋がるのだと体感しました。
研究でも、農家さんが笑顔になるには、どんなことが必要か？どうアプローチしていくか？など“現場あっての研究”を心がけていきたい。
I am Satoshi Sato from Tottori University.
Currently, I am conducting research on IoT agriculture targeting pears.
From Monday, July 27th to Friday, 31st, I participated in an internship at ENOWA Co., Ltd.
I met an employee, Mr. Okada, at a year-end party in the laboratory last year.
I wanted to know how the IoT farming site differs between a laboratory and a company, so I decided to participate in an internship with ENOWA Co., Ltd.
What I was most concerned about was how to interact with farmers.
In IoT agriculture, I thought that there were some technologies that did not match the farmers so much because the technology was ahead.
However, at ENOWA Co., Ltd., IoT and AI technologies are used to make farmers smile, and actions and improvements for that purpose have been consistently carried out.
I feel that the accumulation of these leads to good relationships and expectations with farmers.
Through the internship, I felt that the technology that matches the user leads to a smile.
Even in research, what do farmers need to smile? How do you approach? I would like to keep in mind the “research with the field”.
