一石二鳥な社内勉強会！

雨が降ったり、やんだり、稲刈りのタイミングも難しいお天気が続いています。

・がっつり農家を経験している

・田植え、稲刈り体験ならしたことがある

・まったく田んぼとは縁がなかった

とスタッフの知識も経験も様々なななか、もっといいサービスを提供するには、知識の底上げが必要と考え
これから毎週テーマを決めて勉強会を進めていくことにしました。

1回目の先週は稲作の工程の基礎知識について学び、質問もたくさんでました。

毎週スタッフがかわるがわる講師を務め、知識の底上げ+プレゼンテーション能力も鍛えるられるという一石二鳥な勉強会です。

わかっているようでわかっていないことをなくす！継続は力なり！
