本日は会社の共通知識の確認として、paditch試験を行いました。
内容は会社概要からpaditchの基礎知識までの初級編です。
試験問題をはじめて作成させていただきましたが、難しいですね！
午後からは採点＆復習なども行い、各スタッフのスキルアップを行います。
また段階を経て、中級、上級までの試験を考えております。
他社様の社内試験はどのような感じなのか気になります…

Hello, this is ENOWA.
Today, we conducted a paditch test to confirm the common knowledge of the company.
The content is a beginner’s guide from the company overview to the basic knowledge of paditch.
I created the exam questions for the first time, but it’s difficult!
In the afternoon, we will also conduct scoring and reviewing to improve the skills of each staff member.
In addition, we are considering tests for intermediate and advanced levels.
